Taking part in Jan-U-Fit will help to improve your health and wellbeing, and will truly boost your energy.

Throughout the month you’ll receive regular updates from your 1-1 contact from the Fundraising Team with fundraising tips and advice, as well as a Heart of Kent Hospice t-shirt or running vest to wear throughout.
