Mental Health Awareness Week: 13–19 May

Being active is so important for maintaining good mental health. That’s why, during Mental Health Awareness Week: 13–19 May, we’re asking you to make time to move for mental health.

Here are a few suggestions to inspire your Move for Mental Health fundraising adventure:
• Go for a leisurely stroll with friends and make an online donation.
• Coordinate a pay-to-ride group cycle.
• Host a sports day for friends at your local park for a suggested donation.
• Organise a fun-run for £5 entry per person.
• Arrange a sponsored cycle, football match or swim at your local sports club.
• Ask your colleagues to donate and take on an 80s inspired aerobics class!

Please head to our website for more information on how you can Move for Mental Health and support West Kent Mind during Mental Health Awareness Week. https://westkentmind.org.uk/
