What is Yoga and why would you do it?
We don’t just roll around on our back and waft through life! Yoga takes time & dedication to understand - it’s a practice, NOT a performance! It claims to reach the places that seem untouchable, whether that’s an aching back or an over thinking mind. It soothes the stimuli that disrupt our flow and it can be fun...!
It’s taught me (as corny as it sounds) to TRUST THE PROCESS and that, in time, everything works out in your favour. Your physical body strengthens, your mind follows and gaining control of your breath, will gain you control of your mind.

What will you see in our sessions?
A different theme each week, from your big toe to the moon! The whole of your body will be moved and you will learn to breathe.
We build heat, stamina, lengthen the body and enjoy the stillness hooked by you.
